Michelle,

I’m unable to create and edit playlists from my account.  Can you assist?

Thanks

Hey Jerome,

I actually started testing it out since I noticed you mentioned it on your other post. wink

I’m not having any trouble creating or editing playlists on my end. Can you be a little more specific where the issue is?

Thanks,
Michelle

Actually, I think I may have figure it out. Are you trying to add an already existing playlist to your playlist? That unfortunately is not possible. When you click the “add” button on a playlist, that will only add that playlist to your “active playlists”.

The way to create you own playlists is to add each tutorial individually. From there you will be able to add it to an existing playlist you’ve created.

Ah!  I see.  Is there a way for you guys to change that?  Adding to a playlist in groups would be so much more efficient.  The list of tutorials that a search provides are rarely listed in order, so I have to spend a lot of time hunting down individual tutorials. 8^(

Thanks for taking the time to get back to me.

Michelle,

I just finished translating my MoGraph playlist to Cineversity’s and I see there are a couple of limitations to how playlists are presented that should be addressed.

1. The playlist isn’t numbered.
2. The playlist’s description and the actual playlist are both on the same page / file / window / what have you.

Would it be possible to have playlists numbered and also break the description and the actual playlist into two scrollable sections when needed?  I think this could improve usability.

Thanks!

Hi Jerome,

I am following along with your first request, but am unsure about your second.
Could you attach a screenshot of the problem you’re running into?

Thanks!
