Wrap extruded line of text to a curved surface (cylinder)

I’m currently using the studio R15 version of C4D.

I’ve created a cylindrical object which will eventually be a water bottle.
Instead of a paper label, the product name (text) will be (not embossed) extruded out (approximately 1/4”) & wrapped around the surface of the bottle.
At some point I would like the extruded letters / type to be welded to the bottle’s surface once they’re positioned properly.

What’s the most practical or most efficient way to go about doing this?
Is there a particular tool in MoGraph that might make this process easier to do?
Is a deformer a viable option?

One of my concerns is having to revise this line of curved (wrapped around the bottle) type at a later time should revisions need to be made.

In advance, thank you for your assistance with this.

Hi Steve_S,

With all the requirements, the attached scene file seams to be the only way to do it, AFAIK.

Any information (segments, points etc) in any part of the set up will influence the result. (E.g., it starts already with the interpolation of the Bottle-Spline) So if your result looks not acceptable, it might be that there is not enough information to work with. My suggestion, try to break the attached model to see what you need or what quality is acceptable—then you know where to go with yours.

All the best

Have a great Labor Day

Sassi
