I have been truing to export a dae file from Cinema R15 to work in Xcode for an app we are making. Once the model is exported, it will load up into Xcode, but then it will crash one we do a trial run. I do know that dae 1.4 works, and not dae 1.5.

If i download a collada file from google warehouse it works and the textures come with it. Any other way that I have tried, it will not work.

Any suggestions?

Xcode reads dae files, so I have to stay with that format.

(Sorry for the delay in answering, we had a local Web-outage)

Hi John,

I’m not certain what the problem is, r15 has version 1.4 and 1.5

Perhaps you can share some more information about? ...or get in contact with the support: http://www.maxon.net/support/support-questions.html They have a lot of knowledge, perhaps even for your needs in this pipeline question! :o)

All the best
