Reset transform

Hi,
I’m finding a problem with the command “reset transform”.
Usually when I run the command the null goes to the 0 of the parent, now it goes to the world 0.

Some suggestions to go back to the initial state of the command?
Thanks,
Nicolò

Hi Nicolò,

I can’t reproduce this here. The only way to get there is to set up Freeze Parameters to do precisely this.

Would you mind sharing these two objects? A zipped file as an attachment should work fine.

All the best

Hi Mr Sassi,
thanks for your reply, it’s not a problem with objects, this happens with all the objects I try to use.

Please, check out the video attached to understand well my issue.

Basically, when the yellow box moves I’ve pressed the command “reset transform”. This should go under the green box instead the red that is in the 0 of the main scene.

Thanks,
Nicolò

Hi Nicolò,

Please share the scene with the two cubes. Attached here as zip file. Thank you.

I will have a look.

All the best

Hi,
here it is, the red sphere must go under the yellow, not on the world “0”.

Right now I see that if I use the shortcut doesn’t work, if I press the button “reset transform” on the coordinate manager, it works!
How this is possible??

Thenks!
Nicolò

Hi NBE_K19,

Thanks for the file. Nothing wrong with your setup; that is good news.

It works fine here; perhaps leave the CMD/CTRL out of your shortcut: option/alt + 0.

Let me know if that works for you.

Cheers
