Merging Overlapping Splines?

Im new to this forum so apologies if this post is not in the right place. Im looking for any advice on merging overlapping splines into a single spline. Im running Voronoi Fracture on a sphere and then turning the edges into splines. I want to then sweep those splines but whenever i do this with connect object or just simply combining them I get multiple sweeps on 1 spline because it has two or three splines overlapping at that one spot.

Hopefully this makes sense. Thank you in advance.

Hi accounts,

Create your Voronoi Fracture Setup. Use the Hull only option. (Offset and Thickness = zero!

Check the Surface Break Edge selection. Select the Voronoi Fracture and use the Current State To Object.

This new object is not ready for Edge To Spline. First, use the Optimize function.

Now use the Edge Selection and run the Edge To Spline. This should work now.

That should work now.

Alternative
If you need every single Edge separate, you could place the VF-Polygon as an object in a Cloner, set it to Edge, and apply the Edge Selection.
As a child/clone, use a linear Spline with Y=10cm and Y=-10cm for two points. No intermediate points. Use the scale and offset or Scale on Edge.

I have all parts included:
