I’m looking for a substitue for the old CT wave Deformer Plugin.

It does not work with R26 but it is exactly what i need. Thoughts?

Hi rpaynter,

That would be a question for the developer of that plug-in. The Vimeo link you have shared has a contact option.

I haven’t checked it, but the main change since he posted it was that Cinema 4D went from Python 2 to Python 3. Sometimes it works to run scripts through a converter that some people offer online. No Guarantee!

Besides that, around a decade+ ago, Bret posted this rig. Perhaps it holds enough information to create an S26 version of it.

P.S.: Not based on code, but perhaps a starting point.
