Small scale issues in viewport

Hi! I’m trying to create a scene with elements of real scale, which is in centimetres. But when I model elements of that scale, I start getting weird viewport issues, like elements and their axis points moving separately; not being able to properly align the axis point, and because of that not being able to position and rotate elements properly.
Why is that? Cinema settings state that we can work even with millimetres, but with elements of 1-5 cm scale the editing becomes unusable.
Am I missing something? Should I change something in the preferences?

Artem.

Hi Artem,

With two little steps, you should get what you need.

1. Preferences> Units: set this to Centimeter.

2. Attribute Manager> Mode> Project Settings, set this to 1 Millimeter.

Does this work better now? A different combination might work even better, but I don’t know the scene you will create.

All the best
