Cineversity

Some items in my Asset Browser are locked and others are not. I looked in the forums and the documentation and couldn’t find an answer as to why I don’t have access to some of the assets. I’m running R25 and R26 and having the same issue with both versions. (They are educational versions if that makes any difference.)

I have to do here what I usually avoid, guessing. After an hour of searching, I couldn’t find an answer. (I will update the thread when I do, as I have no access to the education versions right now)

I think that is a limitation of the educational version.

I have asked, and I know I will be able to answer this soon.

If you have After Effects, please check if you can get what you need with the included Lite version. I assume it is the same there as well. See image. Is that what you see?

I have not received a definitive answer (lots of Holidays around the world), and I guess the conflicting answers are based on the fact that some people looked at the “edu” version while having a full Maxon-One license. (!?) But I think some items will not show in the “edu” version. I will update you when this secret is lifted. I hope that I’m wrong and you get more assets.
(… and yes, I should know the answer for that.)
