Hello, I am really struggling to find a solution here since every tutorial on moves by maxon says that the files will automatically have blend shapes, but every time I load in a mocap from moves by maxon in to C4D - I get the animated face in the view port but when I head to the blend shapes tab nothing is moving and everything remains set to 0 both stopped and when playing.

The imported files always comes in with [LOCKED] next to it - is that why?

Any help here would be great, I was really looking forward to using this

Hi Josh,

The “locked” is also in the R23 part of the name, not the core of any problems. Anyway, sorry for your trouble.

Do you have by any chance access to R23 and can check there if you get everything to work? I do. I have reinstalled and checked, but I can only confirm that something is not OK with R25.

Thanks for your patience with this. I have, of course, filled a report about it.
If you have only one or two, I’m always happy to check if I can convert it for you.
Let me know, and I will set up an upload link. (The zipped file from the iPad is needed for that). I would then send back the R25 file.
