In R25 CVLayers works great BUT any new materials created (redshift,standard,octane) are not added to the Default or Selected layers automatically while new objects are added as expected.
Aside from that I would love to see an option to randomly assign colors to selected layers. This would be a huge help when we need to visualize different parts of a scene file in the viewport by activating the layer colors, in short I think having the option to quickly assign random and different colors to selected layers would be a huge quality of life improvement.
