C4D Arnold Education question

I have an education license for Arnold to use with Cinema 4D, and despite the fact that I have the Arnold License Manager installed and my license is verified, I still see a watermark on my renders. Does anyone know if the education version is simply supposed to be covered in watermarks? I am trying to test this out for my students, and it’s just pointless to use an edu version - we’d have to buy the professional version, which is also overkill.

Hi snyktas,

I understand that the educational version of Arnold is producing the watermark. However, since Maxon is not in any way able to change or overwrite the code of Arnold, you need to contact Autodesk directly about it. Sorry, I do not see what could be done from our side.

Perhaps check with Maxon if there is an option to give you a Redshift 3D educational license, so you can work.

All the best
