Morning Terry, can you let use know if you were experiencing issues with all the various different streaming options or just one specifically?
Under each video there is a link that will allow you to choose several streaming methods.
Do you have issues accessing from computers on a different network or just the one?

Afternoon Terry. I’m just checking in. Did you have a chance to try the alternate streaming methods?

All videos in Cineversity freezes with an iPad Air connected via WIFi with a 120 Mb Internet connexion.
I have tested with all streaming motors from my user options with same results.
With a Mac it works perfectly..

Thanks.

The tutorial videos are not working for me. I have tried all three settings for streaming. I get long halts and spinning progress indicators. When playback resumes after a break, it continues only for a few seconds. Then another break of a minute or two occurs. Very frustrating.

Hello,

I get “Page Not Found—We’re sorry, the page you requested could not be found” for the port tester link above.

Then I cannot access to any of these videos archives:
http://www.cineversity.com/vidplaylist/siggraph_2013_rewind#

but these one seems to work well
http://www.cineversity.com/vidplaylist/nab_2013_rewind/

Thanks,
Eric

The port tests can be found here: http://tinyurl.com/ko794t7

We are aware that the Siggraph 2013 video’s are not loading properly. We are working on a way to fix this.

In the meantime, all of the Siggraph 2013 video’s can be found on our Vimeo Channel: http://vimeo.com/cineversity

Edit: We have fixed the Siggraph 2013 playlist, it should be working for you now.

The “tank crash” tutorials don’t work at all (from number 2). They seem to link to Vimeo, and then complain about “privacy settings”.

My account says “Premium”, but I still cannot see anything. “Sorry Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.”

Clicking the “Watch on Vimeo” button gives me a “Sorry There was a problem loading this video.”

I can see the NAB2014 stuff on Vimeo, but then, this is public.

(and before you ask… I do work with NoScript, but I did try switching it off, even going so far to deactivate it completely, which is naturally an inacceptable setting in daily work. Maybe an issue with country access?)

The “Butterfly UV Mapping” tutorial stops playing at 2:11. I tried all 3 streaming options, and the video stops at the same exact location.

Hi I have a premium account with Cineversity but lately I’m getting the message “Sorry because of the privacy settings this video will not play” or something similar.
this seems to be on the premium members tutorials only. Thanks
