I found it when I was rigging,
then I started a test on creating 3 simplist and straight joints, made them IK chained, and it turned out an offset on rotation, which is definately not allowed in rigging. Restarting C4D will not solve this problem.

Thanks for the file.

The two joint chains had their axis for each joint differently. That might be an issue as long as you do not set up a pole to have a complete setup.

Once the pole is set, they behave equally.

I adjusted the Freeze numbers so they were comparable.
