Asset Browser: presets are missing

I installed the latest version of cinema. Instead of the content browser, there is now the assat browser.
In all my old projects there are now all ‘missing assets’
I’ve found that everything can be traced back to my own presets that I’ve created.
I just don’t know how to add those presets in the new assats.
Does anyone have an idea how I can reconnect it so that I can continue with my projects?
Via the menu, project asset inspector I can see that I am missing the presets, in my old version I also find the presets via the program files, but then my knowledge stops.

When installing earlier versions, I was able to transfer the library manually via the program files, but now it seems to work differently.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Annet,

I have no idea how you have organized your presets. I already suggested creating a Maxon-quick-tip about this.

1
Open your previous used release of Cinema 4D In the Content Browser, find the folder you need. Right-Mouse-Click> Show in Finder (or Windows equivalent).

2
In the current version of Cinema 4D, go to the Preferences> Asset Browser, and Set a folder for a new Data Base.

3
Then open the Asset Browser, and drag the folder from step 1 into the Asset Browser.
A little window will open and place the folder into the database you have just created.

4
If you find the lib file now in the Asset Browser, a double click opens the old Content Browser, and it should feel familiar.

Here is a little clip. I hope it helps:

Let me know if that is working for you.

All the best
