Have just installed ArtSmartv2.9 on R21 and I’m unable to load any artwork. The plugin crashes immediately. Any advice appreciated!

I hope that the developer can have a look at it soon. This week was kind of busy with NAB C4Dlive. I hope that makes sense.

Until then, where is it installed, what OS, etc.

Perhaps reload it, delete all previous versions.
