key framing rotation causes xpresso to fail when using radians

i have added a degree to be able to change the radians to radians however at 00.01.07 (frame 32 )the result changed from -203.414 to -0.495 on 00.01.08 (frame 33 ) this happens on cog 4 and 5 however before this jump happens it goes up steadily. i only have problems with cogs that i have a parent and child relationship, how do i fix it so it does not have the gutter in the cogs. you can also see and example of this at the start of the animation.
