CV Toolbox wont let me login

This just started happening a few days ago. When I start up C4d, I get a login for CV toolbox.  I enter my information, and it doesn’t do anything, clicking on Sign In doesn’t make the box go away. I can close the dialog box and CV toolbox seems to be working.
