Aixsponza promised plugin for managing linked files

Aixsponza last year did a presentation in last year’s Siggraph in which they enveiled a plugin that creates a manager for external image files. The manager listed them allowed you to manage lost links en masse.

Has anyone heard about the progress for this plugin and an estimated rollout for this plugin?
