Hi guys,

still getting to grips with cmotion.  Just had a quick question.  When you add walk to a character, it creates the position z movement in the feet and that is driven by the steps parameter.  The motion is a sin curve .  Is there anyway to adjust the animation curve of this while still keeping the feet driven by the steps setting?

I’d like to add a slight hold at the extremes of the movement, but if i set the driver to none and create my own p.z action then the legs slip when i set the cmotion from static to line.

Does this make any sense?

Thanks

This does make sense.
What you are looking for is the “Position (P.Z) action.
This action allows you to set a curve to change the timing of the step movement.

This is very different from the “Push (P.Z)” action
