Weird Rendering Issue

Hi Folks

I own a full copy of R13 and today for some reason whenever I try to render a single frame for a graphic it renders fine in the renderer but it outputs just a *file* that is not recognizable by Photoshop or even Windows. I have tried setting it as PNG, PSD same result.  The file is the right size just not something usable.

Has anyone else experienced this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best option would be to contact tech support with an issue like this unless you can provide a file for us to take a look at.

Hey Patrick

Thanks for the reply. I purchased some models online and the issue only occurred with those models. I discovered a work around by opening a new file then merging the model in. Very strange but it works now.
