CV Toolbox- Cineversity Server

I downloaded the CV Toolbox from the Cineversity website and installed in R17. When I try to run the plugin(for the first time) I get the following error message “Unable to communicate with the Cineversity server. Please check your internet connection. If this issue persists more than 2hrs. email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for help.” I’m connected to the internet, so not an issue. I sent issue to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) but they were unable to help. On a Mac running OS X 10.8.5. Thanks!

Hi Axial,

If this issue is persisting, can you try submitting a bug via the Report Bug / Idea menu item in CV-Toolbox. The logs that are automatically attached to the bug report might help me narrow down the issue.
