Can’t update my subscription account

Hello
I want to update my account to renew my subscription, but my credit card doesn’t work
i already ask for information to you custumer service and they said that it could come from my bank.

So, I called my bank and they say that there is no problem with my credit-card… that it might come from the site of Cinervesity !
So i tried to update againtoday and I get this message from your site “
There was a problem updating your credit card. If you need further info, please contact us about this issue with the error number “1326359337_aut”.
I don’t know what to do ?
Could you help me please ?

For your information i’m living in France and my credit card is a Gold Master Card

Dear Mr Rick Barrett,

i am having the same problems as diego1968 to upgrade to premium membership.. “error number “1326359337_aut”
im living in Malaysia and my credit card is Gold Master Card too..

Would you able to help me to solve this issue?

Im just try out if you could see my message…Would you able to help me out on this issue? i having the same problem of the error number “1326359337_aut when using my credit card…i m not able to get any help from anybody so far…

... using this Forum sounds to be the right way to contact somebody…

So after sending 3 times an SOS mail through the ‘contact’ form with still no answer for 3 months
regarding the renew of membership : same error as Diego

my membership is now gone :(

shall i need to pay again the whole thing ?
... or any solution to renew now ?

My account is due for renewal and I cant find a where to renew. If someone could help point me to where or how I renew my subscription I’d appreciate it.
