Dear Support,
first of all my compliments for site renewal. Seems a great work.

After this, i read about “update profile” iussue and i make it immediately. But after inserting CreditCard information the navigator (firefox) inform me thath https request to yourt site use a certificate with an error and it is not secure.

I made renewal, but i’m quite worried.
Can you explain me?

thank you all.

We just discovered this and are investigating. Apparently the certificate settings on the host are “incomplete” and need root and intermediate hint files. A certificate is in place, and all browsers except Firefox report the site is secure. The connections are through HTTPS and I’m confident they’re encrypted.

Again, I’m sure we’ll have the certificate identity sorted out by tomorrow. For anyone concerned, you’re welcome to wait a few days until it gets cleared up.
