VertexMap/LinearField - Material Blender - Render different than Renderview issue

I’m using a vertex map with a linear field to blend two materials (add secondary shading black material on top of a color map). Everything looks right in the Redshift Renderview but when I hit render, the Materials aren’t blended correct. They are either 0% or 100%. I can’t seem to figure out why this is happening. It was working fine for weeks and now all my projects with this asset are rendering wrong. Does anyone have an idea on what could be causing this?

Thank you very much for the file and for using google cloud services.


I have no idea what you have seen before; But would you mind trying two things?

The first is adding a Freeze layer in the Vertex, while Clear is pressed once and Auto Update is checked.

The other option, to see what happens, would be to put
Object Manager> Tags> Rigging Tags> Point Cache to the Cube object.
(Store State, then Calculate. After that, switch off the Displacer.

Render and compare.
