I think it would be helpful if people could write temporary comments on tutorials, asking about omissions or other questions, and then answers/corrections could occasionally be edited into an addendum on the page. Comments would be expected to be deleted, just the edit would remain.

This has worked with the Help button below the tutorial for a long time already. It starts a new thread or connects to an already established thread based on the Help button.

This is why the Tutorial Discussion forum has a sticky note: to not create a thread manually or change the headline at all.

We typically do not delete comments, and there is no reason to do so. If I find something, like the constrain PSR vs. Transform, I report this and it gets there.

Yes, I have stopped the “Behind The Scene” contact, as it turned out to be an extra job on top of an eight+ hour day, eight hours a day, seven days a week, and it was always just a little question with a follow-up, etc. I can’t do that, and quite frankly, I believe in this forum, every question will help others. Private stuff, not so much, so I have very little interest in it: This behind-the-scenes stuff is not my thing. Private messages are for URLs only. I will not react to any private requests. Sorry, I tried, but some people pulled like crazy.

I’m close to 16 years here, pretty much answering since, while weekends included. I’m part of a Maxon Master Trainer Team, and we have, for example, the Ask The Trainer option to get in contact with a group of highly motivated and educated artists who love to share and support.
