Default Light in R25

Hello,

After upgrading to R25 (R25.117), I’m unable to adjust the default light via the Default Light widget. I’ve checked my render settings and the Default Light is on. The feature works as expected in S24. Has something changed with the default light in R25, or am I possibly experiencing a bug? For context, I’m running MacOS 12.1

Thank you!

Hi Brian,

I can reproduce it here, while hoping it will be fixed soon. I have reported my findings. Sorry about this.

I have built a little “Default DYI Light” if you are used to the options, this might help a little bit.

Place it under the active camera and click once on the Xpresso tag to get to the UserData. This can be set as HUD.
