Plug-in menu for cv-toolbox is gone in R21?

Hello,

I installed the cv-toolbox, and via the toolbox, installed artsmart as well. The video at the page of the artsmart plugin (at Cineversity) shows I should have a menu called Plugin, but I can’t find that menu. The cv-toolbox is good installed, because it is available via the menu Extensions. Where is the menu Plugin? BTW, I restarted Cinema of course. R21, Windows 10.

Please delete this message. The question is solved, Plug Ins is now called Extensions. But Artsmart still isn’t showing. I make a new question.
