Hi there,

I was wondering if there is a way to get the hot corner button for the timeline to also open the node editor. I can create the tab for the node editor, but then the button to open or close the timeline no longer works. See attached for what I am trying to accomplish. Thanks!

Hi Mitch Scott,

I can’t find any information that would change my mind that it is “hard-wired”. I have to dig deeper, but I guess that is not supported.
Perhaps create your very own layout, one with one without, but I assume that idea was already dismissed before you asked here.

Thank you Dr. Sassi. I have created my own layouts in the past, but they are inconvenient to remake in every new version. Aside from adding some of the Axis icons the new layout in R25 is perfect for me with the exception of what do with the node editor. Thanks again!
