I’m asking for how to create hand writing with particulars and light
Video :

Hand writing with light from 0:00 to 0:25s
Thank you

Hi goldenr1976,

Thanks for the suggestion!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3ZfR4uJxNY

For the wanted effect, the first half of the tutorial is needed; the second half is more about composing things into a more complex scene.

In a nutshell, that would be this tutorial, right?

If there is a question about camera mapping, perhaps check my YouTube channel. Link in my signature.

All the best

Thank you Dr. Sassi for your reply

I saw this tutorial before and it’s haven’t hand writing or light source to follow the hand writing

I know you can see it easy to combine between your tutorial and my request,
But i can’t do it after several times of trying

Sorry for interrupting you Dr. Sassi

Thanks for the extra information, goldenr1976.

You had perhaps this in mind, but it doesn’t show the write-on effect
https://youtu.be/FT0Enr_jXO4
However, as you mentioned, it is somewhere between.

I took one name from that initial video you linked to and used it as background in Cinema 4D. Sketched the name and animated light.
I went to After Effects and used Trapcode> Particular to demo (roughly) the workflow. I would encourage you to watch the Getting Started series about Trapcode, but before you dive in, watch the “New in Trapcode 5” as some changes might otherwise confuse you (Aux channel, for example)

Perhaps try this, which is a quick sketch:

Another option would be given with Trapcode 3D Stroke with a path then.

Cheers

You’re very welcome, goldenr1976.

Thanks for taking the time to explore it.

I always enjoyed pipeline training, so I’m grateful that you reviewed it, and I got what you are after.

Here is a little example, with both Cineware and the aec “connection”, while using in both apps an Illustrator file.
https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/share/WT4wTMtzX5JNCaPSXp99jsdiVepiQygiLRIP9ZrfCl7

It is pretty simple and aesthetically not anywhere near what the application can produce, but that was not the target.

Enjoy
