P.S.: here is the Volume option with the Standard Particle emitter.

The Particle> End Scale of each particle emitter is set to zero.

Let me know which one comes closest to your needs, and what else needs to be added. I’m happy to look into it.

Sorry… I did not mentioned, clouds are animated.
Thanks Dr. Sassi, Second option works well with volume mesher. I Was thinking it will be with some moraph and some field effect.
