I cannot find an up to date course on R21. Is there one available in Cineversity?
I have found a beginners course for R20 only.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Steve,

If you just start out (I assume this based on your mentioning of beginner course), then r20 will do just fine. My only concerns would be based on some re-ordering of the menu. If that creates any trouble, press the Shift key and the c key (simultaneously), then type the term used in the tutorial into the field that shows up.

I just read again through the list of new functions/options:
https://help.maxon.net/us/#33010
I can’t really find anything that would limit the R20 material.
If there is any question that comes up based on that list or any other, please let me know.

I will, however, move this post to the tutorial request, I think it is more effective there.

My best wishes.

Okay, thanks for that. I have some basic knowledge but now I want to use it for specific projects.
Thanks for moving it to the appropriate forum.

Steve, you’re very welcome.

If you have a specific or any question, just let me know, I’m happy to look into it.

Please share a small scene file with the crucial parts of your question.
The forum accepts small zip files. I can set up a DropBox upload link if needed.
(For security reasons I click only on links from DropBox, Google, Amazon, Adobe, or Apple cloud services.)

Enjoy
