Has been working fine…suddenly starts asking me to sign in.

I try to sign in but pushing the button does nothing.

Whoops! Turns out CV-Toolbox isn’t compatible with Donovan’s version numbering. There was a bugfix yesterday for CV-Splines that created a bug for CV-Toolbox :(

Should be fixed now. Sorry for the trouble.

Yes, it’s working now.  Glitch in the matrix.

Not sure if this is the same issue—Toolbox suddenly asked me to login this morning, and the login button does not work.  Nothing updated or changed, as far as I know—it was working last night.  I tried reinstalling the 1.78b version.

On start, the console reports:

Traceback (most recent call last):

File "'CV-Toolbox.pypv'"line 777in InitValues
  File
"'CV-Toolbox.pypv'"line 1045in checkInstalled
AttributeError
'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getroot'

and when I hit login, it reports

Traceback (most recent call last):

File "'CV-Toolbox.pypv'"line 851in Command
AttributeError
'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getAuthFromCineversity'

Hi Selmo,

Based on the console messages, it seems like CV-Toolbox was just having trouble communicating with Cineversity’s servers. Things seem to be OK here right now - is the issue still present on your end?

It’s been working intermittently the past day or so.  I’m also having some problems with the forum (hence the duplicated reply) so I think you’re right—some sort of network communication failure.

I’m having the same problem. When i type in my details and hit ‘log in’ nothing happens. Been this way a couple of days now.

On my computer at work it works fine.
