Hi Dave,
Sorry for the delay, the yearly tax consultant visit story …
Please try this first: Select each IK Tag separately for that, then go to the Attribute Manager.
Click on the Tab: Tag, then go down to Pole Vector and set the Axis
• for the right IK Tag to -X
• for the left IK Tag to X
This should do the trick.
To see what happens with the spline point 0 and the Pole as well Goal, I baked a triangle on each arm to see what happens during render time. Please render a preview to see it. I did not included it, as I want to know if it works on your side.

If that works, perhaps just ignore the stuff below.

I have edit my message above and in short, I’m not certain if placing all under the PoseMorph will not create priority or informations traps
If anything above failed, here is my quick and dirty suggestions: (Values might vary on other projects!)
Typically I would go with the IK-Tag> Attribute Manager > Tag> Twist setting. Which looks wrong in Editor View (left to 180º), and the right arm would have perhaps needed temporarily attention, not nice. So, let’s move on, but keep this Twist in mind for the occasional fix.
If you need another quick fix, try the IK Tag> Attribute Manager> Tag> Goal Offset 90%. When I render a preview it looks right. The arms change a tiny bit. But it is fast. File”…CAgo_01”, I guess that the slightly shorter arms doesn’t trigger the “Auto” options.
Another fast fix would be to set the IK Tag> Attribute Manager> Tag> Start parameter to 1. Please render a for both a preview and perhaps it works. File “…CAst_01"THis certain made it stable, but I think it is not the desirable final solution.
I have also set up a file where the Splines are baked via Cappucino, but that needs to be done after every single change, or just shortly before the final… I haven’t included that file, let me know if that would be a way.
I will explore the file and let you know any other finding.
All the best
