Scripting is the process of controlling events and setting conditions in Cinema 4D with text-based commands. Python and C.O.F.F.E.E. are the scripting languages supported in Cinema 4D, though Python is now preferred over the older C.O.F.F.E.E. In addition, Python is universal, and used by almost every 3D content creation app. So, learning Python will go a long way.
