The Interpolation method you choose is one of the most important decisions when creating an animation. Keyframes are like the old key drawings and all the images between (the tweenings) are defined by the interpolation settings. In the old days, these were done by many artists under the direction of the keyframe artist. Today, you only have to make the keyframes, define the interpolation and the application does the rest of the work. This is an overview of the different interpolations.
