This tutorial covers creating a Bendy Leg Rig.
The basis for the rig is the Biped Rig covered in the Biped Rigging series.
This first video provides an overview of what the rig does as well as the first steps in creating the rig yourself.
The setup starts with drawing guide splines for the use with Spline IK.
Joints are then added to the scene and aligned to the splines with the Spline IK tag.
