To paint HDRI means to have the ability to create your own Global Illumination Panorama on a Sphere for example.

The way you do it is not that complicated at all. You can't do that in PSD CS2!

This tutorial covers painting the Sun, but any value between Sun and 'normal' values is possible. BP3 rocks :�)
