Continuing the discussion on the Object Tab, this video covers all of the actions available that affect the position or rotation of an object. Actions such as Lift, Shift, Push, Twist, Pitch, Roll, and more.
CMotion Overview

This series of videos will walk you though all the various functions and parameters of the CMotion object.
The CMotion object is able to provide quick and easy setup of cyclic motions, this could be anything from gears spinning to a character walking.
It is also a great learning tool, providing instant feedback on how a specific curve can change a motion in a walkcycle.
Cmotion works off a system of Hubs, Targets, and Actions that drive the actual animation.
