Character Rigging in R12 - Second video in series not available?

The Character Rigging in R12 series seems to jump from the intro video to the third video in the series. The download files are available with the third video.  Has the second video been omitted on purpose, through an error, or am I just not finding it?

Likely it was decided that the focus of the tutorial was to be on rigging and character tools, not modeling.
If there was a video in between the 2 parts I don’t know if it exists anywhere anymore.
Character modeling isn’t really covered much on CV, but I am currently working with a character artist to help remedy that.
