How do i get team render working whilst using ProRender. i have tried to set up team render whilst using ProRender, however i get an error message saying Render Engine does not support team render. Can anyone explain to me why i would be getting this error message and how to fix it.

Hi Dependable Productions,

Here is what the manual tells:

Limitations

The following list does not necessarily include all points (individual elements that are not supported are grayed out or not available if ProRender is activated in the Render Settings).

Team Render, stereoscopic rendering, Multi-Passes, volume rendering (Hair, Sketch and Toon, PyroCluster), Thinking Particles, and Material Override are not supported.

(…)

(Just in case, in the past two hours I tried all possible variations with R20, with several machines, not a single one was able to send anything to a render client. I guess the only way is to split up a longer sequence, perhaps with some overlap (but that is not tested here for anything on a production level, so make tests with your very own scene)

I guess anyone here at Maxon will undoubtedly point you to Redshift.
