Is it possible to create not just a sag with the catenary splines, but have the cable sway as well?
I’m following along with this tutorial, but would like to have the cables on the transmission line sway back and forth.

Hi twdempsey,

I moved your question for now to the Q&A, as I’m not clear if that is a feature request or a question about how to do it right now.
I assume you have watched this tutorial:

Since you created your own headline and post:
Please note, to ask anything based on tutorial content, use only the Help button below the tutorial clip. Thank you. This keeps things organized and useful for everyone.

If it is a feature request, I will move it to the right forum then. If it is a question of how to get the splines to animate, I would love to have a scene file from you with some words what you would like to have, motion wise.

All the best
