Hi thanulee,
Typically one would use a Target Tag and an extra Null for the up-vector. This will point the Text to the camera. Which works nice, especially with a certain distance of the camera to the text. Since it points to the camera, the text in the “corners” of the field of view will show up not orthogonal, or in other words, perpendicular to the “image plane”.
I have set up your scene with the easy way. File “…01.c4d”
Given the problems in the “corners” I have set up as well a little XPresso based solution “…11.c4d”, with the same as in “…01.c4d”, but with an extra adjustment for the orientation. The Target needs to be solved after the Morph Camera, (edit) but here the Target is overwritten anyway and can be shut off, otherwise (/edit) it should be higher, and the Xpresso is the last part, even higher priority. In the example file it set to ten and twenty, for a camera morph, it needs to be adjusted.
Rotate and move the camera around and have a look if that works for you.
Both files:
“…01.c4d” and “…11.c4d” updated

I hope one or the other works for you.
All the best
