Hi All,

I use C4D & redshift primarily for archiviz, recently upgradeded to R20, but R20 crashes everytime I try to open a R19 file.  Any advice would be appreciated!!

Please check this with the support.

I guess you have tested this with the Redshift options off (set to off in R19, saved and then opened in R20) to exclude the problem that might be based on Redshift.
If such a test would show positive, means with out Redshift things work nice, the support of Redshift should be contacted.
