Searched “Dirt” in content browser R19… and noticed some bitmap texture are not coming in material slot. Anyone noticed these…. may be something wrong in my browser (attached).

I checked and I do not have those in my library.

I used the Main Menu> Check For Updates… and (re-)loaded the Studio Library, as an update was available.
Even then, I don’t have those images at all.

Perhaps check with the support if there is something missing that you need.

Perhaps open them in Photoshop and see what you get there. You might have to save those while in use as “with assets”, as Library material shouldn’t be overwritten.
