Hi all,
i am trying to build a round edge on a simple boole intersection. The problem is, that the parts of the boolean are a sphere and a cylinder. When I try to bevel them I ended allways with a lot of junk. Is there a way to build a clean edge that I can bevel?
I made a quick screenshot to show the problem.

Thx
P

Hi Pixler,

Have a look here:
https://help.maxon.net/#OBEVEL
[scroll down to the third example]

Even with a Cube (placed onto the flat! side) and a Sphere, it might produce a problem in specific constellations.

To cut a Sphere with a Cylinder is anything but a simple “Boole Set Up”.

Perhaps you might check with the Support, but I guess the answer might be the same:

All the best
