In the minute 26:45 Casey Hupke talks about the creation of the python tag. I have recreated the whole xpresso system but I get an error in the console.

File “Python”, line 8, in main
NameError: global name ‘Instance’ is not defined

Importance to say that I could only connected the object from Xpfollowtag into the Link port of Python node.

There is something that I don’t control and Casey Hupke didn’t explain… Can anyone help with this? Thanks!

Please check out the file available to this presentation. Compare it to your set up. IS you XPresso Tag placed correctly, is it set to Camera Dependent (just in case). I checked it and the supplied file has no errors.

Perhaps copy the text from the provided file, if the problem continues, check the Object Manager.

Since I do no have this Plug-In available, I can’t check anything.

BTW.:
The parameter of all Align To Spline Tags can be set manually

thanks for the reply. I didn’t notice about the files download button.

I have downloaded the file and I don’t know why he has this ports (Instance and Pathlist) on the Python node.

It seem there are own-made nodes and I wonder how they did that (it’s not explained on the conference)
