Cineversity

When I try to install ArtSmart it gives me this error.

FAILED INSTALLATIONS:
CV-ArtSmart:: Downloaded file is not a valid plugin/resource: specific reason unknown

And when I try other plugings it works perfect.

Can someone help me please?
