CV Toolbox Install issue

Hi all

I installed the CV Toolbox properly but my Cineversity account had expired.

I then renewed my Cineversity subscription and am now current.

My issue is that CV Toolbox still sees my account as expired and so many of the plugins are not available to me.

I have tried to delete CV Toolbox in the prefs and reinstall but still have the same issue.

How do I get CV Toolbox to that my account is current to make the plugins available?

Hello ifaguy,

What version of Cinema 4D are you using?
When you reinstalled, did you download the newest version of CV-Toolbox off of the site?

One method we recommend is logging out of CV-Toolbox. You can choose Log Off from the Toolbox File menu, and then log back in.
