Can these plugins be installed on C4D lite R16? 
The plugins don’t show up in the plugins list.

Hi,

C4D Lite does not have any plugin support built-in. You need Cinema 4D Prime or greater in order to use plugins. However, you should still be able to manually download any presets (like our HDRI bundles) from the Download & Install videos for their respective playlists and load those into the content browser.
