Hi Ahmedmostafa,

I’m not certain if I understand the question correctly. If you have the software license-agreement in mind, this is like a contract and rules the use of the software.

No one can alter, copy or distribute the software other than Maxon or any partner of Maxon who is authorized to do so. This all being said not as a lawyer or as replacement for any given agreement.

The agreement that was given and accepted is ruling those things, besides the law of the country in which the use or sale happens. Again, I’m not a lawyer and anything said here can’t touch what is agreed to already or in future.

In any case, when you see pirating of the software, Maxon is certain interested in getting the information about. Cineversity is not the place, it is Maxon directly.

All the best

Thanks for understanding, Ahmedmostafa.

This is a long theme, discussed since so many years, without real solutions, AFAIK. The best I can offer is this tip: to be a great consultant to your clients, to give them anything they can’t have via internet. Anything that can be digitized might fall in the category you have encountered and which is understandably upsetting you right now. Not nice, not funny and so far hard to solve. But good clients want a personal contact, as work is always as good as the information flow is and the trust one can establish, and this face to face is a value that is hard to beat, even skype, facetime or hang-outs can’t really replace this. The handshake to begin with, has so much more than the question to begin a “video-conference” with, “can you hear me… hello”?

My best wishes for your new endeavorers (as you mentioned in the PM)
